DCIP Group was established to develop and operate a state-of-the-art, natural gas-powered electricity generation plant in rural DeSoto County, Florida. Our primary mission is to power our own large-scale bitcoin mining operations, creating a vertically integrated model that provides a significant competitive advantage through low-cost, reliable energy.
Situated on a 34.36-acre site with existing infrastructure, we are strategically positioned to become a key player in the digital asset space while exploring lucrative opportunities in the rapidly expanding Artificial Intelligence and machine learning sectors.
We will begin with a 5 MW natural gas turbine and strategically scale our capacity up to 510 MW. By generating our own electricity, we control our primary operational cost, ensuring higher potential margins and operational stability, independent of grid price volatility and constraints.
Our low-cost energy will power a large-scale Bitcoin mining facility. We are also positioned to pivot and lease our high-performance computing infrastructure to the AI and machine learning industries, capitalizing on the explosive demand for computational power and diversifying our revenue streams.
Data centers, fueled by AI and cloud computing, are projected to more than double their electricity consumption by 2030, placing immense strain on existing power grids.
Traditional power grids face challenges from weather, attacks, and regulatory hurdles, leading to long waits and uncertainty for new high-demand connections.
Our distributed, natural gas-fired power generation model allows us to produce electricity at a significantly lower cost than purchasing from the grid, creating a powerful economic advantage.
Our 34.36-acre site in DeSoto County, Florida, is a former electrical generation facility with critical infrastructure already in place, including a natural gas pipeline, 11,000 sq. ft. of office/warehouse space, water wells, and transformers, significantly reducing startup time and cost.
We plan to deploy high-efficiency ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) miners, such as the Antminer S21 Pro, to maximize our computational output and maintain a competitive edge in the Bitcoin network.
